CLS offer prompt and efficient service of all legal documents. We can collect documents from court or your offices. We will notify you as soon as your documents have been served either by phone, fax or email. All statements and affidavits will be returned promptly by post, DX or courier.

We normally require one original, one copy and a letter of instruction with details of service and accepting our rates and terms. Solicitors and large companies will be invoiced after service while litigants in person normally pay in advance.

Statutory Demands and Possession Orders may be available at fixed fees, while other orders remain at our normal rate.
